Soláz is the brainchild of restaurateur Alexander Duran, the creative force behind Son Cubano and VENTANAS, two of New Jersey’s most celebrated dining destinations. Continuing his legacy of crafting memorable spaces, Duran personally designed and decorated the entire restaurant, shaping Soláz into a place where Mediterranean warmth meets modern elegance.
Located along the Jersey City waterfront, Soláz blends Chef David Burke’s culinary artistry with the excitement of Full Swing Golf Suites, offering a unique combination of elevated dining and immersive play.
