Ney Pimentel is the Executive Creative Director and Partner at Duran Creative Group, leading branding, design, and marketing for clients across hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, and global consumer industries. A visionary known for reshaping brand identities and elevating creative standards, Ney consistently delivers work that captures attention and drives business momentum.

With more than thirty years of experience, Ney has collaborated with top celebrities, Fortune 500 companies, and world-recognized brands. His portfolio includes SONY, HBO, A and E, History Channel, NIKE, DISNEY, Warner Brothers, ADIDAS, and PUMA. His ability to combine strategic thinking with bold creative execution has earned him a reputation as a trusted authority in brand building.

Ney’s influence in the music and entertainment world is equally significant. Through his exclusive partnership with Razorsharp and Loud Records’ Wu Tang Clan, he led the redesign of their iconic logo and renamed their second album to Wu Tang Forever. The project became a landmark success with 6.5 million copies sold, a Grammy nomination, and the distinction of being the first Hip Hop album to reach number one in the UK.

He also played a foundational role in the creation of ROCAWEAR, orchestrating the partnership between Jay Z and Alex Bize and designing the original ROCAWEAR logo. As the brand’s lead designer during its early development, Ney helped establish its visual identity and market impact, contributing to the momentum that eventually led to its 204 million dollar acquisition by Iconix Brand Group.

As Senior Vice President of A and R at Urban Box Office, Ney was a driving force in the rise of urban Latin music. He helped introduce Reggaeton and Latin Hip Hop to mainstream audiences, building major partnerships with Amex, T Mobile, Heineken, Honda, and Mastercard and positioning the genre within global marketing campaigns.

Within the hospitality industry, Ney leads brand development for restaurants and nightlife concepts throughout New York, New Jersey, and Las Vegas. His work focuses on immersive storytelling, distinct visual identity systems, and high performing marketing strategies that give each venue a recognizable presence and a loyal audience.

A lifelong creator and entrepreneur, Ney Pimentel continues to shape culture through design, strategy, and vision, building brands that stand out and endure.
